Policy:
Due to the large number of designs in our database, we do not manufacture
your kit until you order it. Because of this "made to order"
fulfillment process, all products are subject to a 20% restocking
fee. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with the
product, you can return the kit to us in re-sellable condition within
30 days from the date of purchase. To process a return, please call
our customer service department at 210.833.6116 and request a return
authorization number. This number should be clearly printed on the
outside of the returned package. We must receive all returned merchandise
in re-sellable condition before credit will be issued. |
